  • Handling / Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Carrier Transit Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Delivery Timeline: 2–6 Business Days across the United States.

Section 5 - Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • 30-Day Returns: We offer a transparent 30-day return policy from the delivery date for eligible items in unused condition with original packaging.
  • Zero Restocking Fees: We charge $0.00 Restocking Fee on all approved returns.
  • Defective / Damaged Items: Brother & Sister Pet Shop Inc. covers 100% of return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued directly back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days following inspection.
  • Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted before 5:00 PM ET on the date of order placement. Once shipped, orders must be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
