We maintain a clear pricing policy: Standard Flat Rate Shipping is $4.95 for orders under $49.99, and Free Standard Shipping is offered on all orders of $49.99 and up, meaning you will never be charged unexpected administration or handling surcharges.

4. Order Authorization & Fulfillment Schedule

Payment in full is required at the time your order is placed through our online store. Once your card issuer authorizes the transaction, your order enters processing:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) (Monday – Friday).
  • Handling / Processing Time: Confirmed orders are verified and prepped for dispatch within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Order Confirmation: An automated receipt with your itemized summary and order number will be sent to your provided email address immediately upon successful payment authorization.

5. Billing Verification & Security Screening

To ensure secure fulfillment and protect against unauthorized activity, please verify that your billing address matches the details registered with your credit card issuing bank. Mismatched or inaccurate billing information may cause transaction authorization delays or automatic security holds. We reserve the right to request additional verification or cancel any order that appears suspicious or unauthorized.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

If an order cancellation is requested before 5:00 PM ET on the date of purchase (prior to fulfillment), a full refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method. Approved refunds for returned eligible items under our 30-day return policy are processed within 5–7 business days following inspection at our Miami, FL facility.
